The first step is completing the Diagnostic Review Intake Form. After submitting the form, you’ll receive an engagement agreement and invoice. Once completed, I’ll review your books, provide a written report with my findings and recommendations, and meet with you to discuss the results.

Diagnostic Reviews are conducted for one business at a time. If you own multiple businesses, please complete the form for the primary business you would like reviewed first.
