If your books have fallen behind or feel out of order, I’ll help you get everything current and accurate. During a Clean-Up & Catch-Up service, I’ll review past transactions, correct errors, and reconcile your accounts so your financial records reflect the real picture of your business. You’ll finally have up-to-date books, peace of mind, and a solid foundation to move forward confidently.

Ongoing monthly or quarterly bookkeeping keeps your finances organized and stress-free all year long. You’ll receive a written report with my findings, recommendations, and suggested next steps so you can make informed decisions about your bookkeeping.
Not necessarily. I can perform a Diagnostic Review for businesses using other accounting software. However, I specialize in QuickBooks Online and provide ongoing bookkeeping services exclusively in QuickBooks Online. If you’re using a different system, I’ll let you know whether migrating to QuickBooks Online may be beneficial.
Most Diagnostic Reviews are completed within 2-3 weeks after all requested records and access have been provided. The timeline may vary depending on the condition of your books and the complexity of your business. Once the review is complete, you’ll receive a written report and we’ll schedule a meeting to discuss the results and recommendations.
After the review, you’ll receive a written report and we’ll meet to discuss the results. I’ll explain what I found, answer your questions, and provide recommendations for moving forward. Depending on your needs, the next step may be cleanup, catch-up bookkeeping, ongoing bookkeeping services, or simply implementing the recommendations on your own.
